Yes, exchanges are permitted within 3 days of the date of order from our online store

Term & conditions:
- Only normal-priced item(s) are eligible for exchange. Shipping cost are borne by customers and we are not responsible for the returned item until it reach us.
- Item(s) must be in their original condition – Items will be inspected once received.
- Damaged/wrong/faulty items can be exchanged within 3 days. Any lateness will not be tolerated, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Can I receive a refund?
- Strictly NO REFUND, but customers are able to exchange different item with same price.
- Refund is only eligible if the purchased item is out of stock.
- No refund on any defective items. We will do exchange only.
